Questionnaire on Ellipsometers for Nano Applications

The following questionnaire has been designed for you to help us define current and future needs. Additionally, the information gathered will assist us in determining the most useful ellipsometer(s) for Nano applications.

We would like to thank you in anticipation for the information provided, which will be of fundamental importance to the NanoCharm project.

The questionnaire should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is composed of the following four sections:

4. Current Activity Related To The Use of Your Ellipsometer

• if you have not yet created an account, please register first and await an email confirming your login details before proceeding.
• Once registered, you may login to the NanoCharm website whenever you desire. However, you may only login to complete this questionnaire once.
  Therefore, please complete all four sections of the questionnaire in a single session, which should take approximately 15 minutes.
• An answer is required for each question.
