The complete proceedings of the '1st NanoCharM Workshop on Advanced Polarimetric Instrumentation', which took place in Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau (greater Paris), 7 -9 December 2009, are available to download.

NanoCharM supported the organization of the workshop for researchers from academia and industry interested in ellipsometry and polarimetry instrumentation development.
