The complete proceedings of the 2nd NanoCharM Autumn School "2st European School on Ellipsometry", which took place in Belgrade, Serbia from 31st August to 3rd September 2009, are available to download.
This volume focused on the characterization of nanosize systems using ellipsometry and polarimetry. The school was aimed at students, researchers and SMEs that are interested in learning about the applications of ellipsometric and polarimetric techniques for investigations of nanomaterials and nanosystems. |
